We make it easy for you! Simply ship your X-Ray / MRI films to our location, and we’ll digitally convert them to DICOM images, then load everything to a CD or Flash Drive. We can even upload the files to our secure cloud for you to download to your system. Upon completion, we’ll ship your original films and CD back to you in the same envelope package we originally received. The process is simple, cost-effective and allows your office to stay in compliance with your federal and state laws.
According to HIPAA, you need a shipper that requires a signature from you to us. We recommend FedEx or UPS, because it works out much easier than certified mail. We encourage you to put a pre-paid mailing slip inside the package, so we can use that to ship everything back to you.
We ask that you notify us ahead of time, so we know when to expect your delivery and also schedule your project in our secure and confidential production center. We will need to receive payment before beginning your project.
